I've been a social smoker since I made up my mind to be in October, strongly looking forward to the next chance of socialisation over a puff.......... :(

The more smokeless days, the less willingness to step on the scale...... :(

My kitchen still has places enough to keep an ashtray...... :(

豆腐ハンバーグ

ワラジサイズ。ダイエット食としてまとめ買いしてた木綿豆腐の賞味期限が迫ってたので大量生産してみた。肉じゃないから食べ過ぎでもOKでしょ。緑が無かったのが残念。
