How to make Bento (Japanese boxed lunch)

Just thought if the narrator, Francis is Japanese pretending as an Italian speaker.... or he is a real Italian man who knows Japanese well? Especially at 4:09, saying "coat the Onigiri with Noritama Furikake" and at 5:12 as well.......... cute, and I just lol.
